Gazpacho

Place all in a big bowl:

Dice a large onion.
Skin and cube 1 medium cucumber.
Dice 2 green peppers (remove seeds).
Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes.
Add 1 can/bottle of
Campbell 's tomato juice ~25-30 ozs
(Use Campbell's juice, it has best taste)
3 tblspns of WHITE WINE Vinegar.
1 tblspn of olive oil.
Some garlic powder or minced (to taste)
a dash of tabasco
(6 drops minimum only to make tomato juice more acidic)
You can always add more later (best to keep it not so hot)
I put onion powder in to taste and also add some PACE Picante sauce (mild) to give a wider range of flavor.
You can add some black pepper.


Mix it together and put it in the fridge for the night.
Next day mix it and serve.

Serve cold.

Some add french bread at serving time.
